Co-Founders
- Anna KhaykovAnna Khaykov is the co-founder of Moms & Mingle, a vibrant community that began as her personal quest to find a supportive network for mothers when she moved to Long Island. Unable to find such a group, she took the initiative to create one, which initially focused on Russian-speaking moms and has since expanded to include all moms in the area, evolving into Moms & Mingle.
As a passionate advocate for holistic wellness and a successful network marketing entrepreneur with doTERRA, Anna incorporates her expertise as a certified aromatherapist and holistic life coach into the community. She organizes wellness events that cover a range of topics from aromatherapy to fitness, enriching the community’s understanding and practice of wellness.
Her vision for Moms & Mingle is to continue nurturing this thriving network, making it a resourceful and supportive environment for moms from diverse backgrounds. Anna’s leadership not only emphasizes community building but also personal development, making Moms & Mingle a unique and impactful gathering place for families across Long Island. - Elena KolesnikovaElena is a proud parent to two wonderful children, a boy and a girl. After graduating Stony Brook University with a major in Finance in 2008, Elena went on to work in the field of insurance sales for a major international insurance company. Elena now runs her own State Farm agency, located Suffolk County, since 2020.
In her personal life, Elena enjoys maintaining a healthy and balanced lifestyle.
Her favorite activities are yoga and pickleball. She is also an avid fan of outdoor sports activities such biking, hiking, skiing and roller skating.
Elena’s passions are travel and organizing community events where people with like-minded interests can connect for friendship and business opportunities. She is a co-founder Moms & Mingle group with the idea of elevating the experience of being a parent in the modern world.

- Natalia KreinerNatalia is a licensed real estate and financial services advisor, dedicated to serving her clients on Long Island. Proudly raising her two boys on the island, she finds joy in outdoor activities such as running, yoga, and meditation, having completed the NYC Marathon in 2021.
Natalia is an active member of the Moms and Mingle group, where she finds purpose, friendships, fun, and a strong sense of community. - Anastasia FrankeAnastasia is the owner and president of F² Firm, which specializes in all aspects of real estate representation from the NYC Metro area to Montauk.
She work tirelessly because this business is about people and moments, not just numbers. Whether you’re looking to buy, sell, rent, or have your property portfolio professionally managed, you won’t find someone more dedicated to what’s most important—you.
